KJ is a Practicing Kinesiologist (BCAK) with a B.Kin from UBC. A lifelong multi-sport athlete whose own injuries sparked an early interest in rehab, he brings 10+ years’ experience across college athletics (3 yrs), complex MVA cases (10 yrs), and older adults.

His approach centers on functional training, individualized plans, and clear client education, with an emphasis on lifelong physical activity. Outside work, KJ enjoys beach volleyball, road biking and hiking. He also cooks a mean brisket and holds the high score for “Big Buck Hunter” at a local pizza establishment.
